Our well established company has developed its great reputation as a cafe offering wholesome food and service. With venues across Sydney CBD, we are looking for a cafe manager with charisma & charm.

We would expect your strong experience in customer service, combined with cafe background could lead the team with confidence. High standards of presentation, ability to forecast requirements and sales, customer service focus and a warm friendly personality are the recipe for this role.

You will be required to use your exceptional people skills combined with your food & beverage experience to work within this busy venue.

Your skills in successfully directing multiple staff and driving a happy team will be highly regarded. This position will require strong leadership and the ability to train & mentor.

Along with the above mentioned, you would need

Experience in management of a cafe

Have good organisation & analytical skills

Excellent ability to lead by example and motivate staff

Exceptional customer service focus & brilliant communication skills

Exemplary personal grooming

Strong customer service skills

Love of the industry

Coffee experience

Experience in administration

High level of attention to detail

Positive happy persona

Ability and desire to meet KPIs

Honest & reliable goes without saying as does well kept personal presentation & hygiene.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
