We are currently looking for a vibrant, superstar **Cafe Manager** to join us on a **Full time** basis located at the **QQT building, Sydney CBD**.

**The position**:

- Leading from the front and managing people
- Experience leading a retail cafe environment
- Experience following Health and Safety procedures
- Skilled in leading retail promotions and up-selling and managing finances
- Skilled in leading retail promotions and up-selling

**_A bit about you:_**
- Proven experience in a high volume retail setting OR **_corporate / high-end hotel / café/restaurant_** background desired
- Experience from working in restaurants, conferencing, café or event environments
- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic tea
- Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
- Have a valid Police Check or willing to obtain
