**Who we are seeking**

You are a talented Test Coordinator with commercial testing experience in Australia. Your previous experience in managing team resources in geographically diverse locations will be highly regarded. You will be ready to hit the ground running. This permanent role will provide you with the opportunity to show off your strength in testing while working in a dynamic and complex environment.

**What you need**

Working collaboratively with the other Test Coordinators, you will manage significant workload across your small team - located locally and overseas - to achieve optimal outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 3 years hands-on Australian, commercial testing experience
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Project, Business or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Proven analytical and relationship building skills
- Great communication skills - verbal and written

You will, of course, have high attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills as well previous experience coaching and developing team members.
