Testing Coordinator – SAP S/4HANA

Milestone IT is partnering with a leading retail organisation to deliver a significant SAP S/4HANA transformation program. We are seeking an experienced Testing Coordinator with a strong focus on Warehouse Management (WM) and Supply Chain modules to join this high-profile initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities across SAP S/4HANA WM and Supply Chain workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, schedules, and scripts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
  • Drive defect management processes, including triage, prioritisation, and resolution tracking.
  • Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and issues to program leadership.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Testing Coordinator or Test Lead in large ERP/SAP programs.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly Warehouse Management and Supply Chain.
  • Experience in managing multiple test phases (System, SIT, UAT, Regression).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail transformation environment.
