**Support Worker - Melbourne (Multiple Sites)**
**Location**: Keilor, Balaclava, Pascoe Vale South
**Type**: Casual/Vacation
**Hourly Rate**: $37 - $55 per hour

As a Support Worker, you’ll work closely with NDIS participants, providing tailored assistance at home and within the community. Your role will vary, from accompanying clients to the gym, on long drives, to social outings and appointments. Every shift is an opportunity to help clients lead an independent, fulfilling life.

**About You**:
You’re a natural communicator who can stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. You’re passionate about making a meaningful impact, whether through a personal connection or through your commitment to supporting someone’s daily needs. You’re organised, reliable, and comfortable using telehealth tools. Your adaptable, energetic approach will help you build trust and confidence with the people you assist.
