**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a** Trade Sales Representative**to join our team supporting the **Melbourne region**. Our Victorian team focus on being experts in the residential and commercial building markets and work closely with authorised distributors to build our brand and product network in VIC.

This full-time position involves working between our head office in Epping, on-road with customers & in our retail stores.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and maintain results while travelling and setting call plans
- Identify and secure new customers through market analysis and prospecting
- Developing Stratco authorised distributor networks
- Ensure monthly targets are met through new and existing customers
- Customer centric approach through consultative relationships
- Preparation of project quotes and sales proposals
- Providing sales training and development to other team members
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- ** Desirable** - experience in business to business sales
- ** Desirable**- experience working in building or manufacturing industry
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
- Reliable, highly organised, autonomous & able to multitask
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
