With 113 integrated operational spaces, HQJOC relies on seamless system coordination to ensure mission success. The ITSM Change Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and driving change management activities across our technical teams, ensuring seamless implementation aligned with ITIL best practices and governance standards.
