**Job Description**:
As an SVP, Program and Iteration Management, you will lead the Iteration Management (Delivery) team and be a key member of Global Product Leadership. Your overarching role will be to ensure our delivery process is smooth and optimal and our Iteration Managers are working effectively with your key objectives being:

- Day to day management of the Delivery team
- Represent Delivery at a management level including at regular management meetings
- Review and develop documentation on delivery practices, processes and tools
- Provide iteration reporting and status updates on delivery progress and team metrics, e.g. delays, risks, incidents, burn up/down charts, team temperature, etc. and escalate appropriately
- Review iteration reporting with Iteration Managers on the performance and improvement plans
- Collaborate and work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Head of Design, Technology Leadership and Platform Operations to ensure the delivery team is providing appropriate support
- Work with the team and Chief Product Officer to achieve a sustainable pace of delivery that is aligned to CitrusAd strategy and roadmap but also allows capacity for innovation and learning

**About you**:

- Proven experience and knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks as acquired through practical experience
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the Agile mindset, its behaviours, tools and techniques with the ability to bring 'fresh' ideas to the team
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and facilitation skills with a proven ability to influence outcomes
- Experience in coaching and managing teams
- Experience as a Senior Iteration Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar, across multiple domains
- Experience in performing analysis and developing and documenting processes and training documentation
