**About the role**

As an Iteration Lead at ART, you’ll be at the heart of agile delivery, coordinating end-to-end squad activities to ensure successful sprint outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to remove roadblocks, maintain transparency, and drive continuous improvement. This role is key to fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture aligned with ART’s strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organise and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and demonstrations.
- Coordinate development team activities and ensure focus on sprint objectives and deliverables.
- Manage product backlogs and dependencies to meet time-to-market and quality targets.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices and delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes.
- Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and resource usage in line with Agile and SAFe principles.
- Identify and remove impediments while promoting self-management and accountability.
- Contribute to cross-organisational planning and support project managers with reporting and risk management.

Your ability to communicate clearly and lead with purpose will help drive successful outcomes across ART’s technology and delivery teams.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing agile teams, schedules, and deliverables.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple competing activities.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools, processes, and technologies.
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles (SAFe, SCRUM, Agile, Lean, Prince2).
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices.
- Understanding of User Stories and contemporary system testing methodologies.
