**About the North East Metro Health Service Partnership**:
The North East Metro Health Service Partnership (Partnership) has an ambitious vision to drive clinically-led transformation of elective surgery, to deliver end-to-end pathway change with the aim of improving patient experience, optimising access and efficiency of care whilst keeping patients safe.

The Partnership includes the following health services: Austin Health, Eastern Health, Forensicare, Mercy Hospital for Women, Northern Health, Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital and St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne in partnership with the Eastern Melbourne and North Western Melbourne Primary Health Networks.

**About the role**:
The Project Coordinator will:

- Work collaboratively with the Project Director and Project Managers, and partner health services to ensure delivery against project objectives and to satisfy stakeholder expectations
- Support newly established project governance, including embedding processes and structures to ensure strong governance and delivery against agreed commitments
- Ensure robust processes are followed for project planning, implementation, reporting & evaluation
- Collaborate in the development and delivery of clear and consistent project communication strategies, both within and external to the Partnership
- Responsible for project administration including meeting agendas, minutes and document management

**About you**:
To be successful in the role, you will learn fast, be a great collaborator, adaptable, an excellent communicator and have a strong networking mindset. You should have a good grasp of health service relationships and skilled in supporting multiple priorities and projects.

You will have experience in providing project support to achieve priority objectives within the public sector, and providing secretariat support to cross-organisational networks or committees.
