**The role**:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic people leader to join our lively contact centre leadership team This superstar will be a key player in our new business and retention teams, fuelling the frontline champions with all the skills, tools, and confidence they need to shine.
This role is crucial for making sure our wine-loving members keep getting the remarkable service they deserve
**Your mission, if you choose to accept**:
- Crafting a vibrant culture where sales skyrocket and service shines
- Unleashing the hidden superpowers of our frontline heroes through training, coaching and motivating
- Dropping real-time hints, tips and professional pep talks for our frontline champs.
- Igniting excitement and motivation in the team with irresistibly fun incentives
- Holding one-on-one powwows and making notes like a boss.
**Key attributes and skills**:
- Relationship-building extraordinaire, cultivating respect and inspiring your team to follow your lead.
- Creative problem-solver, always keeping the business goals in your line of sight while whipping up innovative solutions
**Experience**:
- At least 1 year of sales experience where your targets were annihilated
- Bonus points if you have experience in a leadership role
**Role Length and Earnings**:
- Temporary role for 9 months with the potential for it to extend longer
- OTE $75k - $100k
Pay: $59,280.00 - $100,000.00 per year
