**Restaurant Host | DAYTIME**
**Eden Gardens Sydney | Macquarie Park**
- Oversee daily restaurant reservations, pre-assigning seating where necessary
- Communicate with management regarding special orders, cake orders, special requests - responsible for conveying all such information to management
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
- Escort guests to tables and assist in seating at tables; present menus and extend pleasantries
- Take Orders and Payment at the till | POS efficiency
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Maintain complete knowledge of scheduled daily activities and in-house groups, daily house count, table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operation, price range and dress code of the restaurant
- Take, record and confirm restaurant reservations/cancellations
- Assist in event execution
- Hands - on approach, oversee all floor operations
- Enthusiastic and up beat professional work place

Salary & Benefits:

- Permanent Part time Contract - Full Time Hours - Level 3
