Key responsibilities:

- Adhere to the standard operation of procedures
- Understanding of the menu and restaurant concept
- Greeting and welcoming of the guests
- Serving of food and beverages
- Preparation of beverages (including alcoholic drinks)
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant

Essential skills/experiences:

- Proven experience in the FOH roles.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits
- Working rights in Australia
- Current NSW RSA
- Barista skill is a plus

Working days: Tuesday to Saturday dinner hours first, then lunch in the near future

**Experience**:

- FOH leadership (preferred)
