This is a multifaceted role where you will:

- Deliver all Cyber Security communications across Suncorp
- Run the scheduling and reporting of all Phishing simulation activities
- Build the User Behavioural Analytics capability

**What you’ll do**
- Develop and deliver all Cyber Security communications across Suncorp
- Schedule and report of all Phishing simulation activities across Suncorp
- Build the User Behavioural Analytics capability to identify opportunities for targeted training
- Be a key driver to promote and cultivate a security focused culture and mindset
- Assist with all education and awareness activities across Suncorp, as well as external customers and the wider Australian community
- Assist with building meaningful content, including written, videos, and online training modules
- Contribute to the evolving Cyber Security Education and Awareness Strategy, roadmap and calendar of events
- Facilitate the introduction of new security technologies that can positively influence cyber awareness
- Work with Project and Delivery Managers to drive security awareness activities and potentially implement new Security Capabilities
- Identify improvements and significant changes required to existing security awareness processes and approaches

**What you’ll bring**
- Familiarity with Australian regulatory & legislative compliance requirements such as APRA, Privacy Act and PCI
- Experience in education, awareness and change management, or related disciplines
- Technology experience in large enterprises, preferably financial services
- General knowledge of the tools, tactics, techniques and processes of attackers is desirable
- Confident communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Passion for Cyber Security education and awareness, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Previous experience working within an agile environment
