**About the Role**:
The Administrative Support Officer, APY TTC with the Anangu Lands Partnership is responsible for the provision of a range of professional, flexible, and responsive administration, project and program support services that meet the diverse needs of the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Trade Training Centre (APY TTC).

The position delivers a range of support functions from the Flinders Park Office (off site), including finance, document/ records management, database maintenance, customer liaison and project support which contribute to the efficient and effective running of the Trade Training Centre.

The Administrative Support Officer is required to work as a member of a high performing team, working closely with the Principal Manager and Senior Project Officer TTC, Anangu Lands Partnership, the wider Anangu Lands Partnership, and the Local Education Team, including the Education Director.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV Business Administration.**

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
