**About the Role**

This role will report to the Senior Financial Analyst and be responsible for the following
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain operational and consolidated of 3-way models
- Support the Groups valuation process
- Identify risks to the business and conduct sensitivity analysis
- Generate and review financial covenant calculations
- Project evaluation support
- Assist in the preparation of the strategy and investment committee papers
- Assist with annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasts
- Assist in management of relationships with valuers, banks and corporate stakeholders
- Provide commercial support to the wider business
- Various project and adhoc financial/operational analysis as required

**Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in the role your skills and experience will include
- Degree in a Finance, Commerce, Economics, Property or related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role ideally in commercial or real estate investment
- Extensive experience in data analysis and financial modelling, strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to collect, organise and analyse data for decision making
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset
