Technical Skills - In Detail

- Hands on expertise with scrum techniques and agile practises such as Adept at refinement, story splitting, IT estimation, velocity, sprint retrospectives, backlog grooming and re-prioritisation, DOD, DOR, burn down and burn up graphs.
- Excellent knowledge on Jira and Confuence

**Responsibilites**:

- In detail
- Scrum master duties will be to keep the team on track through ceremonies, remove blockers and provide feedback on performance/ gaps.
- Coordinating among multiple scrum teams and other stakeholders.
- Facilitating Agile cermonies and mentoring team for increased productivity and sustainability.
- Support and partner with the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog to ensure deliverables are on time with production quality.
- Work with product owner and team on artefacts such as Product Increment, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Sprint Burn Downs, Capacity Planning, Release & implementation planning. Track progress of sprints and protect the team by removal of impediments
- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear and team works as a unit

**Note**:Australia Citizens/PR Holders/ Work & Dependent Visa holders will be considered.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
