What we are looking for
- Someone with a great sense of humour, as humour is the main focus of our content
- Fun Modern Content, think Smoke, Steel & Fire
- Out of the box thinking
- Someone who can work collaboratively and autonomously
- A quick learner with a positive approach and lots of enthusiasm will be perfect for this fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be available to work out of normal retail store hours and on weekends
- Current motor vehicle license & a reliable car

**Responsibilities**:

- Your main aim is to ensure our digital, print, and social media presence is modern, on-brand and constantly evolving with trends and adapting to the ever-changing algorithm on social platforms
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring social media posts across all account, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook
- Engineer the parameters of our social advertising including building audiences, segmentation, and retargeting
- Creating content including short videos and stop motions using existing assets, be required to take images and videos. Edit using photo shop or equivalent programmes
- Developing social media strategies to elevate individual brands and grow reach and awareness
- Manage Google my business and Apple Maps accounts.
- Report on account growth and monitor efficacy of strategies implemented and optimise to reach and growth
- Monitor competitor and industry activities to develop best-in-class initiatives that drive the brand forward and maintain a competitive edge
