An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobilisation Lead to join Service Stream in our Transport sector based in North Sydney, NSW
About the Role
Service Stream’s Transport division are currently seeking a Mobilisation Lead to join our growing team. Reporting to the Service Manager the Primary Purpose of the role is to effectively support and drive the successful establishment and transition of new business activities under the Maintenance Services portfolio
- Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
- Location: North Sydney, NSW
- Reporting Line: Manager - Service Transformation
- Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive the successful transition in of new business activities under the Maintenance Services portfolio.
- Ensure compliance to Service Stream’s operating policies and procedures
- Provide strong input into business case formulation with particular focus on operational configuration, key risks and opportunities
- Work across national Service Stream organisation to ensure relevant stakeholders are consulted before and during transition process

- About you:

Operational experience in civil construction and or maintenance industry
- Exposure to delivery of small to medium sized civil projects ($3-20M)
- Familiar with most processes relating to roadworks
- Sound commercial acumen and ability to develop and assess profit and loss statements as part of business success simulation
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or equivalent relevant industry experience; or
- Business degree coupled with civil construction experience
