Our client is a leading organization in the telecommunications industry. They are based in the Melbourne CBD.

**About the role**:
Our client is looking for a Community Engagement Officer to join their Community Regulations team.

This is a 12-month contract with further extensions.

**Responsibilities, skills and experience**:

- Conduct and report on Audits
- Have a good understanding of mobile deployment and cell installations
- Research and respond to parliament queries and complaints, interact with city councils, respond to media queries, etc.
- Prepare training presentations for suppliers and staff
- Review policy documents e.g. Regulatory Guidelines, Stakeholder Engagement policies
- Assists with implementation of new policies and regulatory reforms e.g. Temp facilities, Certifiable facilities
