**The Role |**
As a Property Paralegal, your duties will include:
- Undertake conveyances from start to finish on land and commercial property contracts;
- General file management duties from contract to registration of settlement;
- PEXA and hard copy settlements;
- OSR Stamping;
- Assisting with Leasing matters when required (overflow and leave cover).
**Your Experience |**
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years Property Development Paralegal or Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal experience. Leasing Paralegal experience an added bonus, but not essential.
**The Law Firm |**
Well established law firm based in Brisbane CBD. Work from home options after training (1 day per week if full-time). Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + Super).
