Digital Commercial Lead

**The Role**

In this new permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for providing contractual and procurement support across the Digital and Technology business unit, including the management of complex and significant IT contracts and commercial relationships, implementing a schedule of contract and service level review meetings, managing audit action items, risk management and continuous improvement. You will help to define the contracting and purchasing strategies and will supervise the Purchasing Administrator role.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage the contract management process for APAC Digital agreements, including establishing new contracts, renewals, variations and terminations.
- Building and maintaining a register of APAC Digital contracts and licences
- Manage complex and significant APAC Digital contracts and commercial relationships
- Manage APAC Digital contract claims and disputes Improve customer experience and drive efficiencies through benchmarking, process improvements, automation and transformation.

**Skills you’ll bring**
- 7+ years’ experience in contract and procurement management role in an ICT environment
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Law, Contract, ICT, Commerce, or relevant fields of experience within either an Enterprise or large Government organisation.
- Experience in driving process improvements, adherence and automation
- Experience utilising contract and procurement management methodologies will be highly regarded
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills Compliance Requirement: Must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident
