The City of Perth is looking for a dynamic and experienced expert to drive the City’s digital customer experience through the web, social and other channels to ensure the City is at the forefront of digital capabilities.

Reporting to the Alliance Manager Corporate Communications, this position will support the City by:

- Leading knowledge in enterprise web content management solutions (Sitecore preferred) with experience in UX design.
- Understanding of how all current digital customer experience and marketing channels function and their importance to achieving business outcomes.
- Communicating complex digital matters effectively to non-digital collaborators.

To be successful in this role, you will have a very strong background in digital marketing, strategy and customer experience channels, hands-on experience in enterprise web content management solutions and an ability to lead, inspire and develop a team to achieve optimal results.

You will be bold in your decision-making, have an enthusiasm to empower the team and above all live our values of commitment, teamwork, courage and respect that allow us to come together to lead and support our community as the City of Perth.
