**Your responsibilities will include**:
Are you ready to launch or grow your career in procurement within a dynamic aerospace and defence environment? Lockheed Martin is seeking a Procurement Representative to support our Programs and Business Areas by providing hands-on procurement functions and contributing to the success of key initiatives.

What You’ll Do
As a Procurement Representative, you will:

- Manage the end-to-end procurement of parts, components, spares, and other materials, including raising purchase orders, monitoring supplier progress, and following up on outstanding items.
- Track delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services, proactively resolving any delays or issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and provide updates to relevant teams to support program continuity and operational efficiency.
- Assist with procurement support for Business Development activities, including reviewing proposals and recommending suppliers.
- Monitor price trends and help identify opportunities to optimise material acquisitions.
- Provide contract administration support and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
- Attend and contribute to customer meetings and program-related discussions.
- Develop solutions to moderately complex procurement challenges and implement approved solutions.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and quality management processes, including health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with LM management, employees, customers, contractors, and suppliers.

**About you**:

- Exposure to procurement systems such as JOSCAR (Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register) or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proactive in seeking clarification and confident in implementing newly acquired skills.
- Able to work autonomously, prioritise workload, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to program success and continuous improvement.

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
