Our Sales Team are eager to drive in store excellence and take our retail partnerships to the next level. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Commercial Planning & Steering Team.
Working cross functionally with our Sales and Marketing teams, this role is a great opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and truly cross functional role.
**About the Role**:This role will be responsible for:
- Supporting the sales and marketing function through management reporting for key investments and initiatives
- Support the sales and marketing category team in managing new product introductions (NPIs) by coordinating and monitoring the NPI process. Activation activities include distribution of sales product forms and specification sheets to Key Account Managers, ensuring Marketing Category Managers and Sales are in alignment with implementation timelines and are on track to deliver
- Support the sales team through the coordination and management of sales related communications, agreements and databases
- Support the sales management team in the coordination of trade based communications, agreements, price lists, price tickets and customer databases
- Support sales management in the monthly reporting of retail store performance
- Supporting the execution of retail display excellence in field through supporting relevant sales teams with display files, planograms, display orders and coordination of roll outs
- Provide monthly ROI reports for COOP, retail displays, display suites (Projects) and digital activations in close collaboration with the business planning and marketing teams
- Support the sales management team through raising required purchase requestions and purchase orders for POS and display investments
- Aligning POS distribution lists and requirements with the relevant State Field Teams in alignment with the Marketing Communications Specialist
- Conduct regular POS and website checks to ensure full compliance with POS standards and to identify further improvements
- Monitor and report OPSEC (online brand monitoring) compliance topics while working with the digital marketing team
- Provide monthly reports on the impact of product demonstrations at POS working closely with business planning and the sales teams
- Provide promotions summary for the sales team including building the summary sheet with all relevant details such as models and pricing information
- Consolidate and report trade and customer insights for action across online and offline brand executions
- Coordinate feedback and insights regarding retail and commercial campaigns and sales related investments
- Attend monthly NPI meetings as the Sales representative reporting on relevant information for implementation within the Sales Team
**About You**:
- Possess relevant qualifications such as Business Management, Marketing ect.
- Possess a keen eye and a proactive approach for process improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally
- Initiative, drive and passion - lead change & collaborate within a supportive team environment
- Excellent written communication & presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Possess a strong work ethic
