Are you a passionate, experienced Dietitian ready to take the next step in your career? Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a Level 3 Paediatric Dietitian to work within our Paediatric Diabetes and Clinical Nutrition teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred nutrition care across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

**About the Opportunity**

This senior clinical position is primarily based at Gosford Hospital, with the possibility of working at other sites across the Central Coast. The role is part-time, working Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

The role is an integral part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to children, young people, and their families. In this diverse and rewarding position, you will:

- Deliver expert nutrition care to children and adolescents across the district.
- Contribute to Paediatric Diabetes Clinics, including Insulin Pump services, working alongside Paediatricians and Endocrinologists.
- Support inpatients in the Children’s Ward and Special Care Nursery.
- Work with other Dietitians to provide collaborative, consistent care.
- Guide and support Level 1/2 Dietitians, students, and Allied Health Assistants through supervision and mentorship.
- Lead or participate in clinical improvement initiatives and research in paediatric nutrition.

**About You**
- Qualified in Nutrition and Dietetics with full Dietitians Australia membership eligibility and strong post-grad experience, including paediatrics.
- Effective communicator with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Innovative leader with experience in quality improvement, education, and research.
- Skilled mentor providing clinical advice and supervision to support service excellence.
- Strong clinical reasoning, able to work independently and in teams, with a driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the District.
