**Coastal RV**

We are a small business that services, repairs and customises an array of recreational vehicles. We service the sunshine coast area and all travellers to the region. We are currently looking for someone who can fit within our business. Coastal RV is looking to expand in the future and needs people who want to expand with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as first point of contact for customers.
- Determine the customers’ needs and communicate these needs to the workshop
- Efficiently manage service bookings.
- Follow the progress of work and keep the customer informed of the progress.
- Assist in administrative tasks including data entry.
- Maintaining a clean working environment.
- Completing job reports and processing paperwork in a timely manner
- Assist other team members as required.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Proven customer first attitude with an approachable, friendly personality
- Proficiency in computer and administrative duties.
- Good communication skills.
- Team oriented attitude.
- Experience with RV repairs an advantage.
- Current manual drivers’ license.
- Forklift license, desirable.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
