**Eagers Automotive **is currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate
**Service Advisor** to work at
**Paceway Mitsubishi, **in
**Osborne Park**.

Paceway Mitsubishi is conveniently located on Scarborough Beach Road in Osborne Park and have won highly Distinguished Dealer on multiple occasions for our exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership’s service department.

**This includes the following**:

- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
- Up-selling additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Delivery quality customer service

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer-service focussed, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge. Therefore, a background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

You will ideally possess:

- Experience within a Service Advisor role is preferable
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate with a high level of Integrity
- Superb interpersonal skills
