- We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant on a full-time basis. This position will be based at our Support Office in Hawthorn East, just 9 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Our support office is a thriving, supportive and friendly environment, where you will have the opportunity to work with other passionate people.

**Your day-to-day activities include**:

- Providing professional support services to the General Manager Residential Services and General Manager - Quality, Outcomes and Research, including team administration, report preparation, meeting coordination (agenda’s minutes, action trackers) and schedule organisation
- Supporting business improvements and leading designated administration projects from conception to completion, handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion

**To thrive in the role, you will have**:

- Formal training in Business Administration or relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in a senior executive assistant role
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships with clients and maintain confidentiality
- Exemplary organisational skills and the ability to manage competing tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
