The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. **About the Role**

The Corporate and Internal Communications Team supports leadership initiatives, managing intranet content, disseminating internal news, and overseeing branding efforts while also contributing to the development of annual reports for the organisation.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Communications Manager, the Corporate Communications Adviser primarily supports VCAT communications. The role also contributes to and provides opportunities across the whole Courts Group.

This position primarily supports the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and helps develop internal communication guidelines, train team members, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely and accurate communications.

Key accountabilities include:

- Writing corporate messages, collaborating on communication flow, and supporting internal project strategies.
- Developing, implementing and measuring internal communication strategies that build upon existing initiatives and drive an engaged and informed workplace.
- Developing clear and engaging content to communicate complex information and concepts to a range of audiences via different mediums and channels.

**About You**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in creating and implementing comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Proven ability to manage and improve internal communication channels and employee engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience working in a communications team, or similar.
