Chapel Street location - Earn up to $32.73 p/h + tips - Enjoy 50% crew discount across LUCAS venues About the Opportunity: We are looking for experienced Waitstaff to join our team to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests. You will be guest focused and bring a charismatic approach to your work. Main Role Responsibilities: - Ensure exceptional guest service, from the moment a guest walks in, to the moment they leave - Greet & seat guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to the table - Demonstrate knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of station and service areas at all times - Proactively carry out any other duties as instructed by management team Experience, Skills & Attributes: - 6+ months experience as a section waitstaff in a high volume restaurant - Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations - Ability to 3-plate carry is advantageous - Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations - Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays and opening/ closing shifts About Hawker Hall: Housed in a historic turn-of-the-century horse stable, Hawker Hall is our representation of a food and beer hall that takes its inspiration from the vibrant hawker centres of Singapore & Malaysia.
