We are looking for Experienced Waitstaff to join the opening team of Melbourne's most anticipated restaurant, Batard.
- Must be available to attend Recruitment Day on the 11th of September
- Recruitment Day Sessions are 10am to 12pm, or 2pm to 4pm
- Full-time and casual opportunities available

About Batard:
Set to open in spring, Batard is 2024's most anticipated restaurant. Spanning four levels of restaurants, bars and more, this destination will capture the magic of Paris in a uniquely Melbourne way.

About LUCAS Restaurants:
Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, Kisumé, Society, Yakimono, Grill Americano, Baby Pizza and Hawker Hall. Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.

What you can expect:

- One-on-one interview with management
- Skills assessment
- Group activity

We are looking for people who have:

- Experience as a section waitstaff in an a la carte restaurant
- Premium service experience is highly regarded
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must have or able to obtain a Victorian RSA certificate
