Housed in a historic turn-of-the-century horse stable, Hawker Hall is our representation of a food and beer hall that takes its inspiration from the vibrant hawker centres of Singapore & Malaysia.
Hawker Hall gives guests the opportunity to share a huge variety of affordable dishes across many cuisines found in traditional hawker markets in a bustling, lively, vibrant sit-down restaurant.

About Lucas Restaurants:

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team to deliver an unforgettable experience. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery.

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

- Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume venue
- Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
- Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
