Looking for Experienced Waitstaff, Hosts, and runners to join our growing team. Opportunities available across all LUCAS restaurants.
- Must be available to attend Recruitment Day on the 9th of September
- Recruitment Day Sessions are 10am to 12pm, or 2pm to 4pm
- Full-time and casual opportunities available

About Lucas Restaurants:
Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society, Grill Americano, Tombo Den, Carlotta & Maison Batârd. Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, creating venues and experiences to be shared with others.

What you can expect:

- One-on-one interview with management
- Skills assessment
- Group activity

We are looking for people who have:

- Experience as a section waitstaff in an a la carte restaurant
- Premium service experience is highly regarded
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must have or able to obtain a Victorian RSA certificate
