**The Role**
The purpose of our Product Operations Manager is to profitably grow and manage the lifecycle operations of Macquarie Telecom’s SDWAN product for the mid-tier corporate market in Australia
**You love**

**You will**
- Manage the cost structure and price positioning of the SDWAN product portfolio
- Identify and drive internal activities that enhance the profitability, efficiency and automation of the SDWAN product portfolio
- Define, obtain and augment the new service process design to become part of the standard NPI and Product Lifecycle process
- Manage the operational interfaces and efficiencies of the SDWAN product, price and cost structures,
- drive improvements in service to ensure our focus on customer outcomes and NPS are maintained
**You must**
- Possess a 5-10 years’ experience in a similar product management role in Telecommunications
- Have a strong understanding of SDWAN, Security and Managed Service products.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment and having a wide breath of responsibility
