We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Cabramatta location. As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of product quality, and fostering a positive work environment for our team. A typical day in the life of a Doughkyo Store Manager will include:

- Managing all aspects of daily bakery operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Monitoring product quality and presentation to uphold Doughkyo’s standards of excellence.
- Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruiting, coaching, and supervising bakery staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Monitoring sales performance and expenses, taking proactive measures to achieve financial targets.
- Controlling inventory levels and minimise waste to maximise efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborating with marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.

**Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Retail/QSR management experience 3+ years
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a bakery or similar establishment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of retail operational processes
- Exceptional communication skills
- Financial business experience - the ability to interpret P&L’s and financial data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and bakery products is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
