With us, you’ll develop skills in:
**Main Duty**
- Shop HR Management/Recruitment/Training
- Weekly Roster Arrangement
- Weekly Report: Wage/Cash Deposit/KPI
- Stock Ordering/Monthly Stock take

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Retail/Fast Food Industry 1-2 Years Experience Preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Stock experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Able to motivate and coach staff
- Urgency and drive

About Tea Spot Reserve

Where drinks are freshly prepared and brewed.

Our founder, Chanel, a bubble tea fanatic herself, sought to provide Sydney with a more fresh and healthy way of enjoying bubble tea.

No milk-powder and low-quality flavour nonsense, Tea Spot Reserve was created for all people to experience the peak of high-quality tea, with some flavours some have never even heard of Using sugar cane to sweeten, and fresh milk, all of our drinks are made-to-order and satisfy your bubble tea cravings.

**Salary**: $22-$30 per hour depending on experience
