Capability and Engagement Specialist

**The opportunity
We have a 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Learning Design Specialist to join on a full time basis (part time 4 days will also be considered) and you can be based in any major Australian cities with as much or as little work from home as you’d like.

You will be an enthusiastic professional with strong organisational, stakeholder management and writing skills. You will be responsible for driving the right behaviours to create a positive risk culture through the uptake of learning, resources and an increase in employee’s general understanding of improved systems and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will have outstanding communications and presentation skills, a passion for employee engagement, resourcefulness, and experience in delivering a cross functional project in a complex and ambiguous environment. Previous experience in risk is not a requirement, but a desire to expand your knowledge and expertise in this area is highly valued.

**How will I help?**

Key accountabilities include:
Support the development and delivery of a Capability Framework and Risk Culture Program, including but not limited to the following:

- Facilitate uptake of learning and capability offerings
- Investigate training requirements and develop Training Needs Analyses
- Drive engagement with and understanding of Risk brand with Health Insurance business
- Ongoing channel management and maintenance
- Partner with project team to manage a calendar of engagement opportunities
- Support with project updates and status reports at the required level of quality
- Advocate for the employee and customer perspective in line with Bupa Values

**What do I need?**
- Proven writing experience for various platforms and audiences
- Experience managing competing deadlines and holding stakeholders accountable
- Experience in delivering workshops and training sessions advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work within ambiguous project deliverables to shape tangible outcomes
- Proven expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and SME teams
