**Meet the Marketing Team**
Our Marketing team are passionate product advocates who help our growing network of users understand what’s possible with LEAP on their side. We're disrupting the way value is delivered in the legal community, and this needs a significant shift in how we drive LEAP's brand awareness, recognition and AI product adoption. You'll collaborate with global teams and report to the ANZ Head of Marketing to drive the visibility and growth of our industry-leading legal productivity software.
**What you'll do**
You'll lead end-to-end digital marketing and content strategies across multiple channels, with a strong focus on positioning LEAP AI as a market leader. Combining creative storytelling with data-driven execution, you’ll generate leads, engage legal professionals, and elevate our brand presence in a competitive and rapidly evolving industry.
**To make this happen, you will**:
- Plan and deliver national, multi-channel digital campaigns that spotlight LEAP’s AI capabilities across EDMs, newsletters, social media, paid ads, and web content, driving lead generation, client engagement, and brand visibility in the legal tech space.
- Lead end-to-end, full-funnel campaigns, from crafting messaging and designing assets, to selecting channels and optimising performance to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and global teams to ensure messaging aligns with product features, client needs, and market trends, amplifying reach and campaign impact.
- Utilise marketing automation platforms and tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hootsuite, and Canva, to deliver targeted, scalable, and high-performing campaigns.
**What you'll bring**
- A proven track record in executing digital campaigns and creating content, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
- A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box, backed by strong analytical skills to support ideas with data.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating complex legal or technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
- A natural curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and a genuine interest in learning how it’s shaping the legal industry and enhancing client experiences.
