For our Support Office based at Sydney International Airport we are searching for Digital Marketing Specialist - Retail Media.The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the flawless execution of Heinemann Marketing Plan & Brand Partnerships monetization through Retail Media channels such as In Store Screens, Music, Billboards, SMS & Heinemann & Me newsletters.**Digital Marketing Specialist**

Your new job includes
- Manage the content calendar & Content Management System of all Heinemann screens, in harmony with Heinemann Marketing plan & Brand Partnerships.
- Manage relationships with SYD & Gold Cost airport Marketing Executives to ensure optimal performance of In Store screens as well as explore opportunities in SYD & GCA screens.
- Work closely with In Store Managers & IT department on screens’ issues reporting and resolution on time and in full.
- Be the first point of contact of Heinemann’s Digital Media Kit enquiries and engage other Digital Marketing team members accordingly.
- Provide advertisers with Retail Media advertising packages from the Digital Media Kit in line with their specific briefs.
- Execute In Store Media packages sold to vendors in line with Heinemann’s brand guidelines & strategy through effective partnerships with Digital Marketing Executive - Acquisition & Engagement
- Manage SMS activations including partnering with Tilio & IT Department to ensure testing, delivering and planning

What you should bring along
- Ideal experience of 2 years in and retail marketing with proven success in commercial performance.
- Experience on In Store Screens and/or Newsletters management beneficial.
- High level of attention to detail, particularly on copy writing.
- Ability to deal with complex problems, multi task, and resolve issues under time pressure.
- Ability to work in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders for win-win outcomes.
