**About the opportunity**
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a
**Digital Marketing Specialist**, responsible for the implementation and management of our customer focused paid marketing activity across all our digital channels. As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for building the digital customer base and maintaining relevant and compelling digital content for one of the world's largest luxury retail companies.

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will look after the following key areas:

- Execute the digital marketing strategy across paid search, display, organic, social media, affiliate partnerships and SEO.
- Assist the CRM team in weekly EDM campaigns and reporting with a test and learn methodology
- Work with external agencies, plan, implement and report on Google Search Marketing & Digital Display Advertising.
- Refine website through the use of analytics to promote search engine visibility
- Interpret data in Google Analytics and effectively communicate insights to digital marketing team for optimisation purposes

**About you**
You're a positive individual who is proactive and has a growth mindset. You are both collaborative and determined in nature and value a supportive workplace where you can thrive in a team based environment. You will also have the following:

- 2 - 4 years years in digital marketing ideally with big B2C brand experience where you have ran end to end digital campaigns
- Strong CMS system experience
- Competent experience within CRM marketing automation systems
- Google Analytics experience
- Experience with social media marketing across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook
