**About the role**
Gen Physio is a multi-disciplinary, collaborative allied health provider that specialises in delivering home visit services. We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Manager who inspires and will play a key role in achieving performance targets and establishing relationships within the community.

This role will be responsible for delivering the company’s expectations surrounding but not limited to, client, clinician support and coordination, service engagement and delivery.

**Duties**
- Promote and market Gen Physio’s services and activities
- Support and coordinate the activities of the Allied Health Team to ensure services are coordinated and delivered in line with client needs and goals, organisational objectives, and legislative and funding body requirements
- Leading a multi-disciplinary team as a senior clinician, on the road managing your own caseload and diary
- Be able to develop and train team members on specific billing practices especially within the NDIS framework
- Leading clinicians in best practice especially with diary management ensuring we can help and change more peoples lives through diary optimisation
- Inspire and promote continuous improvement from your clinical team through innovative thinking and service excellence

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Leadership and the management of an allied health team
- Understanding of and proven NDIS and HCP billing practices
- Leadership experience including NDIS practice standards and aged care quality and safety standards
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement and developing a team that has honesty and integrity at its heart
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current valid driver’s license
