**About the service**
The 120-place service is centrally located, close to public transport, and provides a parking spot for the leader. Its unwavering dedication to delivering top-tier early childhood education and care has established it as the preferred choice for families within the local community as evidenced by the amazing Google reviews and family feedback.
**About the role**
You will oversee the daily operations, including but not limited to:
- Guiding and mentoring a small-medium team of Educators
- Supporting and upholding the Centres policies, procedures, philosophy and regulations,
- Attend to administration tasks
- Develop collaborative partnerships with families
- Develop meaningful relationships with the wider local community
- Ensure the highest quality of education and care is transferred throughout.
**The non-negotiables**
- Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
- Minimum of 1-2 years continuous experience as a Centre Manager
- Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
- Outstanding level of Verbal and Written Communication
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
- Strong organisational and time management skills
