Surry Hills, Australia We Are Unity Full time

Company Description

We Are Unity works globally to help organisations realise their Purpose, by driving transformations that unite strategy, brand and culture. We work collaboratively with our client partners to articulate and embed their Purpose, Vision and Strategy across leadership, brand, EVP, customer experience and employee experience.

When you work with us, you’ll quickly find out how much we love a challenge. We’ll provoke you to explore ways of thinking, uncover your why and unlock potential that you’ve never imagined possible. It’s by helping you realise your purpose that we stay true to our own.

**Job Description**:
Are you a proactive, self-motivated and passionate culture enthusiast who feels right at home hunting down insights, shaping solutions and then making things happen?
- We Are Unity is at the forefront of designing and delivering transformation through purpose. Every year, our work impacts millions of lives around the world, for the better._

We are looking for a Culture & Brand Associate with a keen interest in people and business to support the delivery of cutting-edge projects. You’ll be involved in client projects from inception to execution - running focus groups, writing reports, shaping recommendations, developing briefs and working with an eclectic team to seamlessly deliver smart, curious and playful solutions. It’s the kind of role where no two days are alike and every one reveals exciting new challenges.

You might be an up and coming management consultant looking to take that next step into something a little more creative and purpose-driven. Or perhaps you’re an Account Manager or specialist in an agency with a burning desire to flex your strategic edge. Or maybe you’re part of an in-house HR, brand or communications team looking for a new (and dare we say more exciting) challenge on the other side.

**Day to day**
- Work on high-profile culture change, employee experience, brand and transformation projects
- Dive deep into each client you work with to understand their strategy and the business problems we are helping them to solve. The relationships you build will leave our clients feeling like you’re an extension of their team
- Support the facilitation of interviews and focus groups to unearth and hunt down insights as the foundation for any brief
- Turn insights into meaningful and actionable reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with strategists and creatives to find smart ways to nudge behaviour change
- Use your awesome organisation and time-management skills to prioritise and juggle multiple deadlines and projects at various stages of development
- Present to clients and the wider agency team, spotting and sharing your take on opportunities to add value to our clients, and the work we do
- Bring your enthusiasm to contribute to a team environment, taking an active role in building the positive culture of our agency
- Curiously read and listen to relevant media outlets and podcasts for news about the sector, agency clients and the markets in which they operate

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of culture, strategy, engagement or marketing experience (consulting, agency or in-house)
- A genuine interest and experience in human behaviour (an organisational psychology degree is a bonus)
- Experience facilitating focus groups and documenting insights
- Big picture strategic thinker with the ability to work in the detail
- Great time management - you’re able to juggle multiple projects while staying resilient during tight timeframes
- Client facing experience, plenty of energy and presenting skills and holding yourself accountable to stay outcomes focussed in an often-ambiguous environment
- Excellent communicator who can engage teams, share ideas and gain buy-in from stakeholders
- A natural at building credibility and trust with everyone you work with, driven by your willingness to pitch in, and your passion for making a difference for our clients and their people
