As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase City Mart’s market share and customer base. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, optimizing customer engagement, and driving sales performance across our stores.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including the website, social media platforms, and newsletters.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, media, and community organizations to enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers and boost sales.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to feedback and improving the overall shopping experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences in Melbourne is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
