**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency and quality.
