The Volt is a small but fun and easy cafe to work. located in Clyde North our bustling cafe which dishes up more than 5000 servings of its signature French toast each year, has been voted the best brunch spot in Casey. We are looking for an experienced cafe all rounder to join our team. A bubbly, friendly, fun loving attitude is a must

**This role provides the opportunity to benefit from**:

- Working with an award-winning specialty coffee roaster
- Premium espresso machine, grinder and equipment
- Ongoing support and guidance from our seniors
- NO NIGHTS
- Must have at least 3 year experience making coffee and general café duties
- Able to work autonomously within a fast paced team
- Be actively in a role that supports all team members
- You must be engaging, confident and build strong guest loyalty
- Ability to liaise with key executives and their clientele
- Willingness to learn with a positive and can do attitude
- Immaculate Grooming, Clear communication skills, excellent customer skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
