**About The Role**:
The Risk, and Compliance Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the risk mitigation strategies, and compliance initiatives within Emeco. This includes ensuring all operations adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing an annual; plan for risk and compliance management activities
- Lead a risk management strategy for the organisation
- Develop/update all associated risk management documentation i.e. policy, procedures etc.
- Support all Emeco sites by embedding a risk aware culture
- Facilitate Operational Risk Assessments and Reviews
- Assist in the implementation of Critical Control software across all Sites
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk-based challenges and offer appropriate solutions
- Continual drive for enhanced efficiency in all Risk and Compliance processes
- Develop, lead and motivate the Risk Committees to maximise effectiveness
- Ensure senior management remain informed of regulatory, legislative and best practice changes and their obligations under these changes and how they impact the Group
- Identifying and communicating as necessary industry developments and changes in best practice for risk and compliance management

**What We Need From You**:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Certificate IV in OHS
- Experience with MYOSH software, highly regarded
- Previous experience in a similar role; working in a high-risk environment, e.g. mining, resources, engineering, construction or manufacturing sectors
- Understanding of industry regulations and safety standards
- Previous risk management experience, highly regarded
