Due to continuous growth at MinRes, we are looking for an experienced **Manager Risk and Compliance**, who will lead and develop governance and controls framework for MinRes lithium’s Australian and overseas operations, to enable effective and efficient operations, reliable financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements of our US and China Joint Venture Partners.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Analysis of regulatory environment and business processes.
- Establish and manage controls framework, processes, and procedures over multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with process owners to plan and execute efficient and effective controls.
- Work closely with external auditors to ensure the program meets requirements in terms of scope, timing, and approach.
- Educate key stakeholders on compliance and governance requirements.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance systems or a related field.
- CPA or CA qualification.
- 8-10 years of recent experience in audit procedures and SOX in Big 4.
- Experience navigating and leading in changing, fast-paced environments.
- Proven capability developing an initial compliance framework.
