The key purpose of the Facilities Management (FM) Applications Manager is to manage a high performing team that provides technical support of FM Applications.
Your responsibilities include:

- Ensuring the availability of the FM Applications service exceeds defined service levels
- Ensuring contractual KPI’s with customers are met
- Completing resource planning and staff management of the FM Applications team
- Ensuring financial, people and customer targets are achieved and exceeded
- End-to-end management of incidents and 2nd and 3rd line support resolution within the FM Applications team

This role is ideal for an experienced Applications Manager who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on our team. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage a team of 9-12 reports. You'll oversee both project and operations management, ensuring smooth workflow while driving continuous improvements to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Proven ITIL based service delivery management and history.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, management users, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Experience managing teams, appropriately allocating responsibilities, coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to empower team members to achieve goals, motivate each person to bring their best to the team and drive team cohesion.
- Experience in budget submissions and P&L management.
